Pros

good training systerm especially for fresh graduates, high operation efficiency with taiwan mode management, motivated employees who work very hard, reasonable pay in the industry but maybe not fully suit the high living cost (house price), it is growing and worth to wrok for

Cons

top management's strategy not stable, weak at leading edge technology develop and IP, high work pressure, quite often over time work

build up an united team, set clear and stable strategy

    Pros

    Great benefit programs like house, school, insurance, tax plan. Not much work pressure. Good speed of promotion as long as you deal well in people relationship. The management team change frequently, make sure you close with all parties. A work place you are freedom to speak out.

    Cons

    No sustainable strategy and objectives due to frequently change management team. Many inner circles, you need to ensure you are one of circle in various timing. Spend too much focus on people relationship rather than business. Management team are lack of professional experience and capability. Some time change position holder just because they are not in the same circle.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    back to professional management. ensure the capability on top management team. Stable the organization.
