I have been working at Smile Brands

    Pros

None worst values and ethics of any company.

    Cons

Un-educated executive team. Do not know or understand the business. They lie and cheat employees out of bonuses. They push doctors and hygienist to do work that is not needed on patients. They tell the doctors what material they can and can't order. What labs they can and can't use. They charge all patents a crown fee upgrade. Even when the insurance does not allow. Corporate says if the patient catches it then remove. They destroy patients records that could cause them a law suit. They blackliste you when you. They share HR info about you with all other executives. They violate HIPAA on a regular basis in every office. They allow drs to practice when they are on disability. Employees should file a class action law suit, as this is happened over and over time and time again. The new CEO is a pushover and listens to lies and has no clue what corporate density is. He cheats other executives out of bonus and lies when confronted. The other DSO companies have no respect for him.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sell your company to another DSO that knows what they are doing, and has the patients best interest at hand.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
