Current Employee – been working at Smith Brothers Contracting full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – The pros are good wages, steady work, and good training in regards to commercial drywall framming and acoustical sound systems.

Cons – Hard work (heavy lifting), all types of wheather including heat and sbow, early mornings and dust.

Advice to Senior Management – Focus more on the people producing as opposed to the "friends" of the company. A little less talking behind peoples backs and more work would go a long way.
