Pros – Products are well-regarded. Many excellent employees. Memphis culture is generally cooperative, productive, and knowledgeable. International scope of company can be invigorating.
Cons – Company doesn't always make the most of opportunities to focus. As a result, energy, enthusiasm, and effectiveness can sometimes be dissipated by too many initiatives.
Advice to Senior Management – Take time to focus and prioritize, give employees a strong change for success. This will help motivate employees while the company transforms itself for the future.
