Pros

Good Pay, Promote within, union option, raises based on hours worked.

Cons

The pay is good but it maxes out at some point. The promotions are mostly made from within, but mostly it's a favorites game. If you are looking to grow with the company and want to go into management you can be moved wherever they want you with only a days notice. The schedule is not set. It changes week to week and with only 1 1/2 days notice. The work week begins on Sunday. But you find out after 5 p.m. on Fridays what your schedule is for the week. There is no full-time.

Advice to Management

There should be better defined roles in management. Also, upper management should set up a way to make sure that lower level management. The professionalism of some management is lacking due to this issue. Also, there should be more employee appreciation programs within each store. When you are hired they tell you about several ways that employees are rewarded in the store for excellence but when you begin working you see there are none.

    Pros

Mad a few good friends. Close to home. Some sweet customers.

    Cons

Micro managed by managers who dislike their position, no regard for hourly employees. Plays favorites, to lazy employees Most real lax until hearing supervision may be coming in. If people would just do there jobs daily, there wouldn't be the panic. Not enough employees when needed. Tight scheduling. Inadequate training. A lot of gossip and cliques. HR, managers insufficient in answering questions

    Advice to Management

Listen to your hourly employees.. Supervision is so clueless to do the job themselves, they expect of others

    Pros

Nothing really but i have to write at least 20 words

    Cons

Too much work Too little time and employees. Management brings personal issues to work. Too much gossip. It just seems like no one there has a soul or compassion.

    Advice to Management

Keep personal stuff personal. Hire more staff to accomplish the tasks you hand out instead of dropping a 3 persons job on one person. Oh wait you dont care
