    Witnessed the most horrifying practices

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Milford, UT

I worked at Smithfield Foods full-time for less than a year

Pros: Room for advancement, don't need much of an education to… Cons: Employees are inhumane towards the animals, the supervisors do nothing… Advice to Senior Management: Keep a closer eye on the lower level management (ie. Barn supervisors, etc). They show favoritism as well as allow employees to abuse… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
