We get a free ham for Christmas.

Cons

There limited potential for growth unless you are in with the who's-who. There is also an uncertainty about layoffs. Employees were let go with not reason other than we don't need you after 30 years.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen more to employees and make the workplace enjoyable. Happy employees make for productive employees.
