Work hard, little reward....

ProsI have learned a lot by observing the poor management, it is actually entertaining now...

ConsManagement and the way they treat employees, it is a company that doesn't care. The compensation plan is designed to withhold commission. The territory state and commision plan are misrepresented during the interview process.

Advice to Senior ManagementIt takes employees to run a company....everyone is leaving and new hires arn't staying. Take a step back and reward your hard working employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    As an intern, with the help of the friendly staff, I was introduced to learning new things nearly everyday

    Pros: As the local campus is only 500 people or so people, you can better see the "works" behind everything… Cons: Paperwork tens to move slowly because none of it is… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
