    I worked at Smithsonian

    Pros

An amazing organization that does a lot of important work and has a group of very enthusiastic employees and volunteers.

    Cons

Lack of room for advancement due to budgetary constraints. Employees may feel unappreciated and may be tempted to leave for other organizations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider how money is spent. There are so many different projects and priorities and sometimes employees may feel frustrated by being pulled in too many different directions.
