Pros

Very Good Money, GM of home store, free meal, hard working employees

Cons

Training location, lack of one on one training, not a "training" mentality at Fort Wayne location.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

When sending a MIT to train, make sure the training restaurant is capable and MIT is able to work behind the bar to serve or offer to pay for license during training period, not set MIT up to fail.

I have been working at Smokey Bones Bar and Fire Grill full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Management is friendly, and works with its employees. Fast paced environment, always something to do and can get consistently 35-40hours a week.

    Cons

Management has unrealistic expectactions most days, expect to be working 8-10 hour shifts. Typical restaurant experience with some caring people but most people don't really care about the work place. Pay is very low for the amount of work needed to be done and the hassle of management always wanting that little bit extra out of you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire on part time people for mid shifts during the busy days.
