Ok place to work, but not for long-term

In-Store Worker (Former Employee)
Ridgeland, MS

I worked at Smoothie King

ProsFree smoothie with every shift, 25% discount on store merchandise. My store was very cool about letting you choose your hours. Overall a good job if you need a bit of cash or it's your first job.

ConsUpper management was extremely incompetent/rude. Job is very repetitive and boring.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't micromanage employees and don't be unnecessary rude/harsh when correcting or training employees.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
