Smucker Employee Review

I worked at Smucker as an intern for less than a year

Pros – A lot of self learning experience for interns because I got to work on my own project and it was very self-guided. Everyone here is very nice and helpful to work with and they all just seem like they like their job and love working at Smucker's.

Cons – It seems hard to move up quickly because it is very family run so many of the higher ups are part of the Smucker's family.

Advice to Senior Management – Need more interaction with interns. There are so many it is hard to get to know them all
