I have been working at Snap Fitness

Pros

This is a really fun place to work as a trainer because it is like your own personal fitness studio.

Cons

It is a very low volume club. Thus, as a trainer, you have to work your butt off to get the existing clients to sign up.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

It would be a good idea to train everyone in the club on everything so that everyone can sell and work as a team.

    I was wearing many hats , would have preferred a little bit more segregation of roles.

    Small, entrepreneurial operation allowing you to develop your management skills

    Cons

    Smaller operation, not as much room for advancement, but more empowerment
