Current Employee – been working at Snapdeal full-time for more than a year

Pros – Tremendously growing company. Great Learning

Cons – HR is very poor. They should focus on solving employee problems not creating them.

Advice to Senior Management – Profit making company does not imply great company. They should focus on making it a great company.
