Great -however under-rated- job experience, can learn a lot

autonomy in running store
management of two sales cycles (consignment sales, ecommerce sales)
introduction to major business operations
- qualifying marketers' value propositions
- overall store maintenance
- Oversaw shipping operations

whether I sold a consigner on our services for a Mercedes or a a toy train I got the same hourly rate

Advice to Senior ManagementInvest in talent and you'll increase how many people return to begin their own Snappy franchise once they've made money elsewhere.
