Pros – Benefits, receive free concert tickets sometimes.

Cons – do as upper management says, not as they do. incompetent comes to mind often on some of the solutions they come up with. Most management just along for the ride. They wait for all wisdom to come from above. Since the new CEO started earlier this year, all salaried staff are looking over their shoulders and worried about losing their job.

Advice to Senior Management – talk to the people that have been busting their butts because they take pride in a job well done. They are what makes the Casino so successful. Clean house with all the incompetent directors and managers, you will save $$ and the place will run like a well-oiled machine.
