Sobeys Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Sobeys full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – You meet a lot of interesting people, both customers and employees

Cons – People at head office are idiots and they change things up not only to prove that their job is important (which it isn't) but to put store employees through hell. Plus, their changes don't make sense and half the time they go back to the original idea.

Advice to Senior Management – Stop listening to the stupid ideas for head office workers that have never stepped foot in a store and do what works for the store and customers in the area.
