Pros

Management relatively friendly and easy to talk to, and most of the time the customers are in a good mood too, so a decently positive work environment. Also, for part time employees getting time off is easy if booked in advance.

Cons

Very short work breaks, bordering on illegal (2 15 minute breaks in an eight hour shift) plus standing all day means you're dead tired by the time you're done. I worked for an entire year at $9.00/hr before I got a raise to- gasp- $9.25/hr. I asked for another raise, not sure how that'll turn out.
