Sobeys – “Dissapointment”

Pros

Clean fairly good looking stores, with for the most part good product. Fairly decent about requesting time off if given a long time in advance.

Cons

Poor management at all levels really cripple this company. Poor pay system as well. Ive worked there 3 years and am only making 20cents above min wage because of the recent minimum wage hike. DO NOT WORK HERE

Advice to Senior Management

Actually comunicate with your employees and treat them with respect. Also more hours are a must as well as a totally revitalised pay system.
