“A great job”
Former Employee – worked at Socalgas
Pros – A great place to work if you want to be overpaid and underworked. I came from a non-profit organization and the work load at SCG was nothing comparatively.
Cons – Sometimes it got boring. It is a "who you know" more than a "what you know" for advancement
Advice to Senior Management – Keep helping employees learn and grow. it will benefit everyone
