Good worklife but no growth

ProsGood worklife balance.
All technologies exist in different groups.
Hopefully they will realise that they need to starting recognising talent even if they are not french and promote them.

ConsTechnology wise best practices not followed.
Talent unrecognised hence not retained.
Good Work not appreciated.
Just come and do stuff thats asked

Advice to Senior ManagementRecognise smart people within the firm even if they are not french. They can help the Bank grow. Retain smart people.
