    Pros

+Fun, dedicated team! Most of the people on the dev team love games and it shows.
+Catered lunches 3 days a week! And good food, too.
+Great working environment. The office staff are all very friendly and I always felt like one of the team.

    Cons

-Not close to any walking distance lunch places (Culver City office)
    -Management shortsighted

    Advice to Management

Focus on making great games and fostering your existing talent network as opposed to having a revolving door of talent and focusing only on the metrics.

    Pros

Great teams to work with and the company has a good work life balance. The games are given the time they are needed to be competitive. Finally the executives are very down to earth with good heads on their shoulders.

    Cons

The company is growing fast. Which can be a pro also. Small space in SF for the amount of people however I see this as temporary problem.

    Advice to Management

More cross studio interactions from all levels.
