This place is ok compare to most places I have worked.

Pros12 days of vacation and 12 days of sick leave. Good medical coverage and retirement.

ConsPushing paper all day. Taking crap for dissatisfied employees and customers(claimants). Low pay. Politics. The work is boring. The morale is really low and has been for a few years now, no real raise in years.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive us a raise and do not micromanage us.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
