Pros – I beleive working in the Debt managment department served several purposes. 1st. Its a foot in the door to a agency that has tremendous opportunity for growth. 2nd, Its definitely a place where the humbling process begins, which will transform your time there into a future testimonial or nail in the peripheral coffin.

Cons – Chatty/Gossip Culture that affects the quality and integrity of other works and Crohnism

Advice to Senior Management – Initial Managment Training; Intermediate management and human relations classes/training. Management appraisials completed by frontline workers.
