ProsGreat benefits, ok pay, training available

Consrepetitious workload. non merit based promotions. often stuck in the position you're hired in unless you know the right people.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry promoting people who dont have relatives who work at SSA.

    relentless and overwhelming work load
