“Very happy with my experience at Sodexo”
Current Employee – been working at Sodexo full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great diversity, programs and growth potential
Cons – Internal candidates may only receive a percentage increase for promotions that may be considerably lower then a new applicant can receive.
Advice to Senior Management – Consider the talent you have within the organization and give them the same opportunity as external candidates
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
