Pros

A global company dealing with a range of growth-related opportunities and challenges. Very nice people to work with. Work/family balance issues are respected.

Cons

very hard to drive change of any significance. many layers of management. skills and competencies are not where they should be for a company of its size.

Advice to Senior Management

Need to focus on closing the gap between rhetoric and action
