Monday - Friday work week. No weekends or holidays.

Long hours. bombarded with paperwork. No time to read or understand changes. frustrating working with a large company. Policy's seem to change depending on who answers the calls at the corporate level.

Advice to Senior Management

Would like to get back to basics. Feed good quality food to customers. Stop trying to make every unit the same. Some units needs are different than the cookie cutter account. Stop trying to force the menu cycle on the unit.
