    I worked at Sodexo full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    It was a job that paid the bills.

    Cons

    Extremely unprofessional. From DM to head chef calling people out on the carpet to not having a clue what "team" means. Went from being an Assistant Manager of a satellite café keeping the customers happy to deli prep. Being just a number would be a step up from being treated like something they scraped off your shoe.

    I have been working at Sodexo full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    They gave me the shirts and Safety papers for Cafeteria.

    Cons

    Sodexo took maintanence and mailroom . Our customer ( Unilever) refuses to work with them in daily decisions. Since the company is new in maintanence and mailroom they bring managment from others places. They come, change and go in a week, they are unaprochable in helping the customer. Our safety literature is aim for cafeteria operations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Work with people, put someone in charge who knows the job, no a cafeteria manager.
