Pros

Sodexo is the 5th largest company in the world, and they are established on every continent. This is something most companies cannot say. It has been a great opportunity for me to build many contacts and to get some good experience. This has been my first job out of college, and it will look great having such a large company on my resume. Sodexo has many management job opportunities and you can re-locate to almost anywhere in the world. It has overall been a great first job experience.

Cons

Some of the General Managers in the Campus Dining sector of Sodexo often "coast" through their jobs. They do not take the time and effort to secure their clients, ensuring that we will have them for years to come.

Advice to Senior Management

To make sure that they set good examples for the General Managers. Many of them are letting their GM's get away with too much. Often the GM's can get lazy and just want to coast--instead of aggressively going after what is best for the company and what can bring the company the most profit.
