“Sodexo Manager”
Former Employee – worked at Sodexo USA
Pros – Good pay, good opportunity to relocate, work with great people. They offer three weeks vacation, have a great 401 company match policy. Stable company.
Cons – Long hours, a lot of paperwork, managers are not educated so many mistakes are made. You will have to work evenings and weekends and holidays in many cases.
Advice to Senior Management – Follow through, try to remember what you say to people and don't act like you "never heard that before" be HONEST with people!
