    I worked at SoftLayer full-time

    Pros

Some people are nlce and smart. Possible to become an IBM employee in the near future.

    Cons

Top down organization that treats employees like their pets or slaves. They fire or push someone to quit very quickly when they don't like someone. Only submissive ppl can survive.

    Advice to Management

Leave your operations to IBM. You are completely NOT in the same league as IBM in terms of overseas expansion or legal compliance and no winnig chance against IBM. Fire all the useless HR ppl if you want to violate labor rules and avoid losing good people.
