Pros

Good health benefits, relatively small company feel.

Cons

Terrible work environment, 12 hour shifts, monotonous and soul crushing work

Advice to Management

Be honest with potential employees about the work schedule during interview process. There is nothing you can do about the type of work that needs to be done but it is horrendously tedious.

    Pros

Very nice office located in downtown Houston.
Some employee perks are good like subsidized transportation, parking, and lunches.

    Cons

Almost 40% of employees are in management.
If you are not in management here, you are treated badly.

    Advice to Management

Fire half of your managers, that will still leave you with a healthy number to do actual work.

  2. Good place to get started
