    Pros

Bring your dog to the office

    Cons

Upper management means well but doesn't have the experience outside the company to move forward or implement change.

A LOT of inbreeding - they hire internally to a fault – Almost a union atmosphere. The person that has been there the longest gets the job. Qualifications mean nothing.
They claim a "great culture" but it really lacks one
Management comes up with policies as needed too suite every situation in their favor
Training if far from what is needed for the sales staff
Inside sales upper management doesn’t seem to have a grasp on what really goes on.
There is a group of ‘leaders’ in Toronto that look out for each other and ensure they cover each other’s back.
