Paycheck, Benefits (although they are changing to a less than average package), great environment for recent college graduate looking to gain professional experience due to the “fraternity” type environment. Nice place to kick off or jumpstart your career. Some diamonds among the coal….

Churn and burn work environment. No employee loyalty. Junior High mentality runs rampid. Not a diverse work environment from an age, experience or maturity perspective. Micromanagement of the young sales force – which is almost the entire sales force. Cheap, cheap company when it comes to employees despite the high profits the company boasts. No real investment made in the employee workforce. Not a good environment for seasoned and experienced people unless you are desperate for employment. I like others am wondering what happened to the “100 best small to mid-sized companies to work for in the US”? Um, looks that recognition was not achieved based on survey results all employees were encouraged to complete.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Rethink the company strategy and increase employee investment and loyalty. Treat the employees like you truly believe they are as important to the success of the company as the Executive Leadership team is. Softchoice will get back what they give out..... just food for thought....
