Current Employee - Project Manager in Monterrey, Nuevo León (Mexico)

I have been working at Softtek full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good company to launch your carreer, but be careful to plan your move after a couple of years, since they do not invest on training, coaching, career development and do not talk about a salary raise. You get exposure, they have really talented professional from whom you can learn, but in the end they also end leaving the company

    Cons

There is no plan for career development, and you depend A LOT on the leader you get assigned to. Most of the leaders at all levels are so focused on administrative company tasks and pleasing their boss (not even the customers), that they do not care about the people in their teams or the clients.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is no leadership from the top, that reflects at all levels. Senior management has completly disconnected from the talent in their teams, and they need to be closer to the talent if they want to grow the company.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
