Software AG North America – “good”
Pros
very good work culture and nice pay. It has very good career opportunities. It has flexible hours of work and hence that can be a big bonus for people working at long distance.
Cons
There is nothing wrong with the company. The managment needs to be more project driven.
Advice to Senior Management
continue their nice work and strive towards improvement
