SAG is good company to work to learn technology/business, face challenging opportunities to some extent. Also they offer competitive pay with several benefits.

Cons

For some roles, career promotion options are very limited and stagnation feeling might occur. Also pay is not at best but competitive enough for starters.

Advice to Senior Management

Some of the management has no clue what they are doing and impact several employees. Also there should be clear communication to all employees not just few.
