Pros – * Management make sure good work life balance.
* Decent pay
* Flexible timings
* WFH options
Cons – * Senior management does not manage things when needed
* No innovations
* No proper technical trainings
* More attention to soft skills than technical skills
Advice to Senior Management – * Encourage innovations by giving constant technical assistant to the employees
* Dont rely only on soft skills only. * Try to retain bright talents by rewarding them at right time.
