Cons
There are strong competitors in SOA market such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, and IBM. It is very difficult to sell SOA products against big companies.
Advice to Senior Management
Focusing on SaaS integration market and release SaaS version of SOA products. Enhance a relashionship with SaaS vendor like Netsuite and Salesforce. OEM might be one option.
