Best place to work at

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
London, England (UK)

ProsIt's just a great place to work, no matter how you look at it. Salary is competitive with other Greater London companies, and working at Softwire you can advance quickly (or slowly) depending on how good you are. It's a true meritocracy, where there are no fixed positions - you just get to do what you're good at, and your job will be tailored to what you want are are able to do.

ConsProjects can sometimes get boring, though never for too long.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
