“We are teammates who embrace change”
I have been working at SolarCity full-time for less than a year
Pros – There is a ton of upward mobility and new opportunities are created everyday. It's the best entry-level experience you can get because there are so many opportunities to contribute in big ways!
Cons – Communicating change and organizing processes around each other is a pretty big challenge.
Advice to Senior Management – They're constantly hiring and so many of the new openings are entry-level, management should strongly consider providing more training opportunities and helping employees further their education in the industry.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
