    Pros

    car, phone, computer that's it.

    Cons

loooooooooong hours. no support from marketing dept., regional or district managers. HR is a nightmare. you are on your own to develop, generate and find leads. home depot folks are idiots. their sales people know very little about solar pv. they only know how to sell stuff.

    consumer beware.

    Pros

Car, salary, laptop, phone. Company has lots of credibility for the product.

    Cons

Beat the streets for your leads. Little company backing on leads. Gun to you head if you do not meet quota. Almost all reps are new ... something smells funny in Denmark!!

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring reps and put your $ towards heavy advertising and let the excellent hires you selected do their job. They were not hired because they want to knock on doors. Get real. These people can close. You take top notch sales people and want them to go door to door. What you are told when you are hired is far from the truth. Where are the leads and you are hiring more folks? Really? Just hire canvassers and pass the leads on ... Hire when you have too many leads not when you have few ... makes no sense. All because you are going public? The job is pure misery. I feel like a dog begging for a bone.
