    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    Comp Plan and benefits
    Company Vision

    Cons

    No training plan in place.
    Very poor communication from Managers
Current employees are not coached to help a new employee, instead they ignore them

    Advice to Management

Put a simple training program together
Give new employees a "buddy" to work with them for a few weeks
    Communicate with the new employee
Ask current employees to help and embrace new hires and not make it harder for them
When promoting a current team member to a Manager role, make sure they know "how to coach & manage"- (just because they are good at their job, doesn't mean they will be a good leader)
When you hire a new employee for a certain job role, please stick to what they were hired for. If you want to make a change, talk it over with them
Give new hires every tool that is needed. Not fair for certain team members have other tools that new hires cannot have
