None. OK...some of the people are really fun to work with and show the utmost respect and professionalism towards others. Keep in mind...I said "some"

Cons

Managament. It is clear if you have authority to make a decision; and it is not in the best interest of the company and has a negative financial impact, you are congratulated and told all employees should follow, in your footsteps. There are no career opportunities for women within Solo, and if you obtain one it is not for long. Look at Highland Park...how many women are in managment? how many at the plants? There is no loyality to hard workers!!!

Advice to Senior Management

Read the"HR Mission Statements" and take the inititive to follow it.
