Pros

1. Salary above industry standard.
2. Good list of clients

I am not able to remember more than this. But they are good in couple of positions.

Cons

1. Poor and impartial in employee management. They never notified whats going on about contract.
2. Need to fight for salary while exit.
3. Never found they had good relation with their client although they claim they have.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I found wide communication gap between consultant and his assigned employee from Solomon while working on client side. Atlease mine case was not good. I wish you focus on this regard in future.
