Pros

This is a very fair staffing agency. They generally don't take zero-experience Recruiters, unless they pulled someone internally that demonstrated potential. The pay-outs are competitive with local industry standards and you can negotiate better terms if you have leverage like an existing book of business or outstanding background of performance.
Benefits are that of a top tier company and management definitely cares if you care. This is not a churn & burn, smile & dial shop at all.
As for work/life balance, if you hit your numbers you have latitude. If you're not hitting respectable numbers, you shouldn't expect to take much time off in a competitive agency setting like Solomon Page until you are.

Cons

None really, except that all the Darwinian hazards of agency staffing exist here. But if you produce and can get along in a friendly, collaborative environment, this is a great place to call home. Benefits are solid. Many staff members have 10+ years.
CEO, Lloyd, is very smart, very visible and approachable. If you have a great idea, bring it up and you will be heard.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management is not going to get in your way if you are making deals. A smart, ambitious Recruiter can operate their 'own' business here under the auspices of the SPG name. Just make deals.

    Pros

    1. Salary above industry standard.
    2. Good list of clients

I am not able to remember more than this. But they are good in couple of positions.

    Cons

    1. Poor and impartial in employee management. They never notified whats going on about contract.
    2. Need to fight for salary while exit.
    3. Never found they had good relation with their client although they claim they have.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I found wide communication gap between consultant and his assigned employee from Solomon while working on client side. Atlease mine case was not good. I wish you focus on this regard in future.
