A good Security company if you are looking for growth opportunities

ProsSolutionary seems committed to assisting employees who wish to grow professionally and develop skills, and has a promote from within culture.

ConsPerhaps due to the lower compensation packages, many of the more entry-level positions have people who do not seem to care about team work or setting up others for success, having a do enough to get by attitude.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to look for opportunities to communicate with employees the ways in which they can grow, get everyone involved as a stakeholder in the company
