    Pros

    Great technological expertise
    Solid company, 150 years history
    Well balanced product portfolio after acquisition of Rhodia in 2010

    Cons

    Acquisition was rather merger, with Rhodia CEO becoming CEO of new group
    Very political
    Financially oriented (short term)

    Pros

    Solvay is doing a big change in its organization, more flexible, being more adaptable to the business. Culture and values are lived by employees.

    Cons

    All process go slow. Not easy to adapt to changes.
    Employer branding and the use of new technologies should be more explored.

    Adapt the organization to the future challenges being able to attract new generations Y and Z
