Pros

Very low levels of responsibility. Also a lot of money for an entry level position if you are working in the correct area. Some sonics because they are independent run things differently, there are different pay levels for different sonic drive ins. Some make minimum wage, while others make server pay and simply rely on tips.

Cons

The late hours and the level of respect received from management. Sometimes you would be very slow for hours and the management would keep you around until very late hours, even the very young girls who needed to be home by that time and thats what was originally agreed upon.

Advice to Senior Management

Higher standards for store managers, need a longer training period including things other than the funcitonal aspect of working a sonic.
